You can’t out train a bad diet. It’s a cliche but it’s true - if you do not have your diet in check you can not optimise your performance, train at your best or recover efficiently. With AXPS nutritional coaching, you will get a fully personalised plan designed to help you reach your goals. This will not be a short term, fad diet - I will work with you to design a sustainable diet that YOU can consistently adhere to in the long term and one which includes the foods you love to eat and those that will increase your performance. On top of this, there will be a strong focus on education so that you understand every change we make to your diet and know how to manage eating the foods you love to eat while still making progress. I never want you to go back to jumping between different ‘diets’. Instead I want you to know what changes you need to make and why you’re making them - this is the true way of having a good relationship with food and having a sustainable long term diet that optimises your performance levels.
All nutritional coaching is delivered through the AXPS Training app - putting everything you’ll need at your fingertips. I am an evidence based, MNU certified practitioner so rest assured that all advice you receive is support by the latest research.

PERSONALISED RECIPES
A massive part of having a diet you can adhere to is having one you actually enjoy! But sometimes it can be be hard to know not only what to eat, but how much to eat. As part of your program you will receive recipe examples which meet your macronutrient requirements and are built around foods you enjoy eating.
These are not designed to be the only meals you eat but will give you examples of what your diet could look like and allow you to build your own meals in line with your macro targets.
REGULAR CHECK-INS
Every week, you will have an online check in and cnce a month, I will schedule a 15-30min call to discuss how things are going. This is an opportunity to discuss progress and make any tweaks to your program as necessary.
EDUCATION ON THE BASICS OF NUTRITION
There’s a lot of bad information out there - that’s an understatement. With nutritional coaching you will gain a knowledge of the basics of nutrition and how your diet impacts your body so you can cut through the rubbish and know what works.
OPTIONAL MEAL PREP*
Depending on your location, you can make changing your diet as painless as possible by having your meals delivered straight to your door! If you do find finding the time to cook and prepare food one of the biggest challenges then this can be a great option to start with.
