With AXPS you will receive a personalised strength and conditioning program designed around your goals. You’ll then have the choice of either 1-1 personal training and the hands on approach that this brings or receive online coaching through the AXPS app, launching in Summer 2021. This will bring be a comprehensive service to deliver the same level of results as in-person coaching, wherever you are in the work.
